April 2nd 2012: Start of
phase 1 workout 1. I was actually really excited to start the day
with this workout. Up at 7 a.m, ready to rock and roll. A lot of
the workouts were from the 30 Day Shred but modified, so it wasn't
much of a challenge. Nice to see Anita and Natalie from the 30 Day
Shred dvd in her new program. I like that she has three ways to
perform the workouts. You can do what everyone is doing, one with
weights, and a more advanced move. I like the squats a lot. I can
see the muscles in my legs!!
When I got home from work, I decided to
do some medicine ball workouts to get rid of my nasty love handles.
Lord I hate them! After that, I went for an “almost” 2 mile run.
I was really starting to feel it while running up/down hill. Took
Ledger on a walk after my run.
