April 5th 2012: YAY back to
workout 1 phase 1!! This time, I did very well. No
stopping/struggles. I like trying to balance. Having good balance
is very important to me because I broke my ankle in 8th
grade, and its weaker then my left. Still tracking calories. I got
a pretty cool app on my phone where I can scan the bar code and track
everything I eat. I try not to eat over 1,500 calories. I want to
shoot to burn 500 extra calories per day!
