April 12, 2012: Back to the workout 1.
Can't believe its my last time doing workout one. I really enjoyed
it all. Probably because it was easy! I am starting to notice a
change in my body and it feels great. I'm slowly losing inches. I
haven't weighed myself in awhile, but my clothes are fitting loose.
I'm still drinking lots of water and my 5 hour energy shots! Ian
wanted to go out to eat. We went to Famous Dave's. As much as I
wanted to eat something terribly unhealthy, I DID NOT! I ordered
chipotle shrimp and broccoli. The shrimp was so hot, I drank 3 ½
cups of water!! I have been doing really well I must say with not
going over 1500 calories in a day. I have my calorie tracker and I
love it. I can scan bar codes and look up foods from restaurants
even. After working so hard in the morning, I don't want to screw it
up. This is a life style change. No more fast food or cheeseburgers
for me. I have been free of them for almost two months!
